After stem cell samples are stored at FSCB-Cryoviva, customers are provided with free transportation of the stored samples to any qualified hospital nationwide for treatment purposes. This policy ensures convenient, timely, and safe access to stem cell samples, helping to enhance treatment effectiveness when needed.

Customers or their representatives should contact FSCB-Cryoviva directly via hotline 0901 24 77 88 or email chamsockhachhang@cryovivavn.com, providing storage details, intended use of the sample, and the receiving facility (hospital/medical center).

MEDICAL RECORD VERIFICATION
FSCB-Cryoviva will coordinate with the customer and the receiving hospital to verify medical records, confirm the sample recipient’s information, and ensure the hospital is qualified to receive and use the stem cell sample.

SAMPLE TRANSPORTATION
Once all procedures are completed, FSCB-Cryoviva will transport the sample using specialized equipment that meets international standards (AABB, IATA) to the designated hospital, ensuring maximum safety and sample integrity.
✓ AABB-standard equipment: All devices, containers, and storage units used for stem cell preservation have been certified to meet the U.S. AABB standards for blood sample storage and transportation.
✓ IATA-standard packaging: The packaging is certified to meet IATA (International Air Transport Association) standards and is environmentally friendly.
✓ Primary ID barcode system: Prevents errors for future users.
